Production process

The electrode is pressed after mixing the titanium sponge and intermediate alloy . Then vacuum plasma welding box is used to weld the electrode to make sure there is no inclusion and external pollution risk. Carrying out three times VAR melting to obtain high clean and uniform ingot is the next step. After that the 5000T High-speed forging equipment is used for several times forging process with large deformation to effectively break the grain. Finally, Titanium Beta 21s Barr is obtained by rolling or extrusion.
