Production process

First of all,Titanium hex Bar are obtained by rolling or extrusion. mixing the titanium sponge and pressing the electrode. Then the electrode is welded by vacuum plasma welding box to make sure there is no inclusion and external pollution risk. Next step is going through several times VAR melting to achieve high clean and uniform ingot. After that the 5000T High-speed forging equipment is used for several times forging process with large deformation to effectively break the grain.
