Grade 12 Titanium Plate (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni) is a kind of corrosion resistance titanium alloy, is to improve the pure titanium gap corrosion performance and the development of near α alloy, the alloy contains 0.3%Mo and 0.8%Ni, not only strengthen the alloy, and high temperature, low PH value chloride or weak reducing acid has good gap corrosion performance, its corrosion resistance is significant Better than pure titanium and close to Gr7 alloy. Gr12 alloy also has good process plasticity and welding performance, which has been widely used in chemical industry.

Gr12 titanium alloy belongs to one of the α titanium alloy, with good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance and other performance advantages, suitable for long-term work in the environment of 350~500℃, and good matching degree of strength and stiffness with composite materials, combined with its high specific strength and high temperature performance, has a good application prospect. This alloy improves the corrosion resistance in reducing media and maintains the corrosion resistance of industrial pure titanium to nitric acid, chromic acid and other oxidizing media. Gr12 titanium alloy has been widely used in engine manufacturing, petroleum machinery, nuclear industry and corrosion resistant vessels.

Application area:
