AMS 6931 titanium forging is a two-phase (α+β) titanium alloy containing approximately 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, supplied in the annealed condition. It offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance and durability for critical industrial and aerospace components.

- Excellent Strength-to-Weight Ratio: ~60% lighter than steel by weight but comparable strength.
- Corrosion Resistance: inherent resistance to oxidation and corrosive environments extends service life in harsh conditions.
- High-Temperature Capability: retains mechanical integrity in elevated temperature service (common aerospace range ~400–510 °C).
